1. Operator and scope

This website is operated by SZMM INVEST LTD, a Cyprus private company limited by shares, registration number HE 498139. Registered office: Evrypidou 15, Strovolos, 2007 Nicosia, Cyprus. Business contact address: Peristeriou 1 Α, 6018, Larnaca, Cyprus. Contact: info@szmminvest.eu; +357 95 145006.

These terms cover use of our corporate website and enquiries about eBook writing. The website presents the company and its corporate participation; it is not an online bookshop. Browsing, using the email preparation form or sending an enquiry does not place an order, purchase an eBook or create a paid subscription.

2. Writing projects and fees

A writing engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or agreement through an agreed means. That agreement identifies the subject, intended audience, language, deliverables, format, timetable, client contributions, review stages, included revisions, acceptance process, fees and payment arrangements. The project agreement takes precedence for the relevant engagement.

Translation, illustration, design, publication, distribution, platform uploads and continuing updates are included only where expressly agreed. Additional work or changes to an approved brief require agreement on scope, cost and delivery. Cancellation, refunds and any transfer of incomplete work are governed by the project agreement and mandatory law; no non-refundable deposit or automatic renewal is created merely by this website.

3. Client materials and collaboration

For an agreed project, the client provides the necessary brief, source materials, decisions and feedback within the agreed timetable. The client must hold the rights or permissions needed for the intended use of supplied text, photographs, quotations, trade marks and other materials, and identify confidential content and relevant third-party restrictions.

The project agreement sets out responsibility for factual review, editorial approval, specialist review where required and publication decisions. Any external contributor receives only the material necessary for an agreed task under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. Supplying an unpublished idea or manuscript does not transfer ownership to SZMM INVEST LTD.

4. Intellectual property and publication

Rights in the website’s text, layout, photographs, graphics, code and marks belong to SZMM INVEST LTD or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Reproduction or commercial reuse of protected material requires the relevant permission.

Ownership, authorship credit, permitted uses and any assignment or licence of commissioned manuscripts are determined by the written project agreement, including any agreed payment condition. Pre-existing material and third-party licensed material remain subject to their own rights. We will not publish a client’s confidential manuscript or identify it as a portfolio project without the necessary authorisation.

5. Website information and acceptable use

Service descriptions and editorial imagery provide general information. Illustrated books and covers are visual concepts rather than an offer of specific publications for sale. An eBook project does not carry a promise of particular sales, rankings, readership or commercial results unless expressly agreed in writing.

Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, impersonate another person or use the website to infringe rights. Ordinary links to our public pages are permitted if they do not misrepresent our business or imply an endorsement that has not been given.

6. External links and corporate information

We take reasonable care with the website, but availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. External websites and services are operated by their own providers. A link does not make us responsible for their content or service delivery.

The description of our 50% participation in RESTITUIT HOLDINGS SE is company information. It is not an offer to acquire investments, a solicitation of public funds or an investment recommendation. SZMM INVEST LTD and RESTITUIT HOLDINGS SE are separate legal entities.

7. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising solely from use of this free information website. Responsibility for commissioned services is governed by the relevant project agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any consumer information or withdrawal rights applicable to a future distance contract must be addressed for that contract and are not waived by browsing this website.

8. Privacy, applicable law and updates

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the website’s data handling. Questions about these terms may be sent to info@szmminvest.eu so that we can seek a practical resolution.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes may be determined by the competent Cyprus courts, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and consumer protections. A consumer retains any mandatory protection and right to bring proceedings available under applicable law.

Changes to these website terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an existing project agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. The English and Greek versions are intended to have the same meaning; neither version removes mandatory rights.
